Have you ever taken a moment to reflect on what those who have passed away in the past might have to say about the present day? To provide an example, what would Julia Child think of the film “Julia & Julia,” which is starring Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci? Or, what would Dave Thomas, the creator of Wendy’s, think of the introduction of the vanilla Frosty flavor, given that he was so devoted to the chocolate taste?
On the other hand, there is one thing that we are very certain we know, and that is that Frank Sinatra would absolutely like the most recent bakery item to be sold at Sam’s Club. It is commonly known that the vocalist who sang “New York, New York” had a profound affection for a bakery cake, more particularly a cake from Entenmann’s bakery in Bay Shore, which is located on Long Island.
It is true that you can now get Entenmann’s at stores such as Walmart and even Sam’s Club; nevertheless, the dessert that we are referring about is not the one that is manufactured in a bakery.

New Member’s Mark New York Style Crumb Cake is Now Available at Sam’s Club as of Today
Recently, the bakery at Sam’s Club introduced its Member’s Mark New York Style Crumb Cake to the global market. For the ultimate sweet delight, the delicious cake is covered with an extra-thick layer of a crumb topping that is buttery, brown sugar, and cinnamon. In point of fact, contrary to the conventional coffee crumb cake, which has a smaller layer of topping, this cake is genuinely “New York-style” because of the additional thick layer of topping that it has.
However, Entenmann’s does offer a New York-Style Crumb Cake as well; however, it is not nearly as well-known as the original, which Sinatra is known for. However, with that excessively thick layer of crumb, we are not sure that the head of the Rat Pack would be able to say no to the cake that comes from his preferred city.
We have a feeling that we won’t be able to resist the temptation of the $8 sheet cake for very long. Sam’s Club members are already gushing about the store-bought cake, despite the fact that it was only introduced to clubs in the month of May.
What a shock! Everyone in my family really adored it! One of the reviewers stated, “It is absolutely essential to give it a shot, and I really hope they keep it permanently.”
We have some very excellent news for that reviewer, and boy, do we have it! To the satisfaction of Allrecipes, Sam’s Club has confirmed that the New York Style Crumb Cake will continue to be available. Sam’s “every day” bakery collection, which comprises a range of pre-made brownies, cookies, pies, and cakes that are accessible throughout the year, will be expanded to include the cake.
In other words, you can truly take a page out of Sinatra’s book and order a crumb cake on a weekly basis, and Sam’s will even bring it to you!
