Not only do coffee shops that are introducing pumpkin spice lattes have seasonal fall menus, but other businesses do as well. There are three new soups that have been added to Panera’s menu for the season (beginning September 18).
In the next months, when soup weather is expected to be prevalent, Panera may become your go-to restaurant due to the introduction of two brand-new soups, namely the Hearty Fireside Chili and Rustic Baked Potato Soup, as well as the return of the seasonal fan-favorite Autumn Squash Soup.
As its name implies, the Hearty campfire Chili incorporates a chili and cilantro broth that is stuffed with beef, fire-roasted tomatoes, and green chili peppers. The dish’s goal is to create an atmosphere that is warm and inviting, much like a campfire.
It is not necessary to have this soup while actually sitting by a fire because it will have the effect of warming you up from the inside out. Should you be in the mood for something creamy, the Rustic Baked Potato Soup is the perfect choice for you. A Monterey Jack cheese sauce is used to suspend home-style slices of bacon, potato, and chives, which is considered to be the most delicious of all the toppings for baked potatoes.
There is a new batch of Autumn Squash Soup available for those who have been waiting since the fall of last year. This one contains all of the fall tastes that you enjoy the most: a creamy vegetable broth with notes of honey, apple juice, and curry; butternut squash and pumpkin that have been cooked; and toasted pumpkin seeds on top.
Additionally, Panera’s children’s menu has been given a significant update
In addition, Panera Bread has introduced a new kid’s menu, which includes two new full-sized sandwiches for families to pick from. This is done in order to provide families with greater value for their money. These days, students have the option of selecting between a turkey sandwich or a ham sandwich, both of which are served on traditional white Miche bread and topped with American cheese.
You need not be concerned since the cheesy dishes that your child enjoys the most are still available; the Kids Whole Size Grilled Cheese, Kids Mac & Cheese, and Kids Broccoli Cheddar Soup have not been altered.
This also applies to the side items that are available on the kid’s menu. Children have the option of selecting either chips, a French baguette, or an apple. In keeping with the overarching concept of providing additional value to families, participating establishments are now offering the addition of a beverage for the low price of $0.89.
At Panera, there is a plethora of alternatives available to keep you occupied, including seasonal soups for adults and new kid’s selections that are here to stay.
