Mountain Dew Just Made a Notable Change

If you are a lover of the electrifying lime-colored soda that can be described as having a citrusy flavor and is all about doing “the Dew,” you will quickly notice a significant shift. As far as I can tell, this is not a mysterious Halloween flavor, nor is it even a 7-Eleven exclusive taste.

This time, it is bringing back some of the old-school charm that we all know and love, and it is doing it by taking a cue from its vintage roots.

Introducing the New Logo for Mountain Dew

In a recent announcement, Mountain Dew revealed that it will be altering its logo in order to provide a more vintage appearance. The firm will be moving away from its present sharper lines and mathematical forms and instead adopting curvier angles and softer edges, which are evocative of the brand’s previous designs.

Due to the fact that it has not been altered since 2009, this new logo for Mountain Dew is a significant development.

According to Today, the firm asserts that it is “reclaiming the peak of the mountain with its entirely novel appearance, which was distributed by the design team at PepsiCo. This information was provided by the corporation. In addition to that, it will be a “celebration of the great outdoors” and will embrace the extensive history of the beverages.

Fans may anticipate seeing this new emblem on commercials, packaging, and other materials beginning the summer of the next year.

That being said, that is not the only thing that is new with the soda brand. Rather than the acronym “MTN” that we have been seeing, this new logo, which has green and yellow tones and a picturesque forest backdrop with mountains and a waterfall, will now also spell out the word “Mountain.”

This is a modification from the previous design, which just included the abbreviation.
