Domino's Is Donating Free 'Emergency' Pizzas Once More

Do you remember ever having to place an urgent order for pizza? If you ask me, what exactly is an emergency pizza? It’s a pizza that you order when a new recipe didn’t come out well, you forgot to thaw the chicken, or your child’s play rehearsal went late, and you don’t have time to prepare supper and help them with their homework.

Alternatively, it may be one of the several other reasons why you intended to prepare supper at home, but did not wind up putting a home-cooked meal on the table.

I have placed an order for my fair share of midnight pizzas. On the very first occasion, which occurred many years ago in my very first apartment, I went to filter the pasta, but I failed to remember to place the strainer in the sink. I still remember that moment. It was obvious that the spaghetti was destined for the waste disposal.

That was the moment when I realized the value of the pizza delivery service. After making a single phone call, a mouthwatering pizza was delivered to the front door.

It was a little embarrassing for me that evening, but through the years I’ve learned something extremely important that every home cook need to be aware of: there is no shame in ordering takeout when you are in a hurry or at the last minute. At some point or another, everyone will require one.

In point of fact, it is so prevalent that Domino’s developed a program called Emergency Pizza in 2023, which provided consumers with a free pizza order at the time when they required it the most. Not only that, but Domino’s is bringing back the offer following a prosperous first year of operation.

Ways to Get a Free Domino’s Pizza in Case of an Emergency

From now until January 19, 2025, Domino’s will provide you with a free medium pizza with up to two toppings. This offer is available for those moments when you require it the most. (Of course, this offer is valid all the way through the holiday season!)

Undoubtedly, there are a few prerequisites to meet. If you want to be eligible for the freebie, you need to place an online delivery order or a digital carryout purchase that is at least $7.99. Immediately following the completion of the order, you will be eligible to receive a Domino’s Emergency Pizza.

Be careful to sign up for the Domino’s Rewards program before placing your order for pizza since you will be required to have a free account with Domino’s. After the order has been verified, your free Emergency Pizza will be shown on the “My Deals & Rewards” area of your Domino’s Rewards account. This will happen automatically.

In the course of the offer, you will only receive one Emergency Pizza; however, there is some good news if you do not redeem yours during the next thirty days. Simply place an additional delivery order online or put a digital carryout purchase of $7.99 or more, and you will be re-eligible to claim the extra pie. This is only applicable if the special period is still active.

Please take note that you will not be able to get your Emergency Pizza on Halloween (October 31) and New Year’s Eve (December 31). These are the two days when you cannot do so. On certain days, Domino’s will continue to serve pizzas; however, they will not be free to use the Emergency bailout.

On the other hand, unless it is specifically stated in the offer, a free menu item does not necessarily indicate that delivery is free. This particular deal does not state that it includes free delivery. Additionally, it is normal to compensate the delivery driver for the entirety of your purchase, including any complimentary components.
