Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8 oz) can pizza dough
  • 1/2 c. marinara
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. mini pepperoni
  • 1 large egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water

Directions

Step 1

To prepare a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a surface that has been dusted with flour, lay out one can of dough into a rectangle that is 12 inches by 15 inches. Trim the fabric into four rectangles measuring 3.75 inches by 6 inches. To prepare the toppings, first line one half of the rectangle with them, and then fold one side over to meet the other.

The seams should be tucked below once you have pinched all of the sides tight with your fingers.

Step 3

After brushing with egg wash, move to a baking sheet that has been prepared.

Step 4

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the top is brown and fluffy.
