Little Caesars Tries a New Pizza with Bacon Crust: Here What We Learn

Little Caesars has introduced a wide variety of one-of-a-kind food innovations over the course of its history. These include the extremely popular Crazy Puffs as well as a pizza and breadstick hybrid known as “Slices-N-Stix.” An additional creative new item is now being introduced to the menus of the pizza chain, and the new arrival includes a wild element that is guaranteed to be appreciated by carnivores.

Although Little Caesars is in the process of testing a brand-new Bacon Crust Pizza, the dish is not yet accessible at locations across the country, which may be disappointing for certain restaurant patrons. According to Brand Eating, the new pizza will be available for a limited time only at a special selection of Little Caesars restaurants in the Indianapolis region that are participating in the promotion.

Despite our inquiries on the availability of the limited-edition pie and whether or not it would be released to a broader audience in the future, the chain did not immediately react to our inquiries. So, for the time being, those who are interested should keep their fingers crossed that the test is a forerunner to a rollout that will occur over the entire country.

There are now two different big Bacon Crust Pizza variations available to choose from on the web menu of a Little Caesars restaurant in Indianapolis. A Bacon Crust Pepperoni Pizza, which has a total of 2,550 calories, is one option. This pizza has a crust made of caramelized cheese and bacon, and it is covered with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.

On the other hand, there is a Bacon Crust Pepperoni and Pineapple Pizza, which has 2,630 calories and is identical to the first pizza with the exception of the pineapple topping. At the Little Caesars restaurant in Indianapolis, the Bacon Crust Pepperoni Pizza was priced at $8.99, while the Bacon Crust Pepperoni & Pineapple Pizza was priced at $9.49.

In a video that was uploaded on YouTube a week ago, the culinary critic @theendorsement tried the Bacon Crust Pepperoni Pizza and commented that the flavor was “good,” but that the crust was not crispy enough. In addition, he was dissatisfied with the fact that the bacon chunks on his pizza looked to be scattered about the perimeter rather than being cooked into the dough itself.

“It just didn’t look like bacon crust,” remarked @theendorsement. “It was just flat.”

The arrival of the Bacon Crust Pizza is expected to stimulate some curiosity among Little Caesars customers, many of whom still mourn another bacon-laden pizza that was formerly served at the company. This is despite the fact that the reviews have been mixed.

Take a look at this pizza, the Bacon Wrapped DEEP!DEEP! a dish that was covered in a staggering three and a half feet of thick-cut ham and topped with pepperoni and more bacon crumbs was presented to the customer. Customers have not yet recovered from the loss of the pie, which was only accessible for a brief period in 2019, when it was last made available.
